Function Description
1. HR Calendar Focal point review Facilitation
- Support people managers to complete annual HR programs delivery: Merit;
Promotion; Bonus Allocation; Talent Review; Performance Evaluations; Salary and
Stock options administration.
2. Performance issues management and Employee Relationship
- Facilitate people manager to develop correction plan of low
performers per request
- Maintain correction plan report and address root causes at
the organizational level
3. Employee transition management
- Provide consultant to mgrs for employee on-board, transfer
and promotion and resignation
4. HR Reporting
- Able to provide relevant people updates and make necessary
data analyze to help business managers understand the talent trends and
organization growth
5. University Program mgmt (this will become a key
initiative for China R&D)
- Proposal development and UR leadership
- Overall program management
- Facilitate managers on 1st year trainees coaching and
mentoring
6. Business HR partner support
- Manager coaching
- Workforce planning analysis H/C Management
- Organizational Development consulting
and Talent Development consulting
7. Lateral HR programs delivery as assigned and support local people communication as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Above 8-10 years plus experience in human resources management or one of its functional areas such as compensation, talent development, HR operation. Bachelor or above degree.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity in a fast growing and matrix organization, work well with people from junior professional to senior executives.
- Self starter, self-assured with exceptional interpersonal skills ability to deal with pressure and challenging deadline
- Experience in IT industry; understands and engages quickly with business.
- Demonstrates passion and commitment at work; able to perform under pressure and heavy workload
- Creative thinking, highly efficient; Acts quickly and Deliver with good quality.
- Easy going, open minded, good communication skill
- Ability to work on the process improvement and hands-on problem solving skills
- Good command of English, both in speaking and hand-writing.
