CRM/ERP Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
· a support Engineer for our Application Support – mainly Microsoft Dynamics Navision: configuration, finance basic knowledge, software knowledge, analysis knowledge. Benefit: database knowledge etc.
· Support ERP (Incadea) system which is an ERP system for car dealer, provide FAQ solution (Level 1) to business users.
· Support all applications, which belong to ERP(Incadea) outspreaded.
· Working with partner, escalating user problem to partner if the problem can not be solved in Level 1.
· Provide service to end users for daily IT support.
Requirements:
· Majored in computer software/applications related.
· Minimum 2 years 2 years applications support background, ERP/CRM production support is preferred
· Good ERP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage
· Experience in SQL server and script will be an advantage
· Application,Website Support
· Database Knowledge, Interface Knowledge, etc. is a plus
· Software Development Know-how is a plus
· Business Process Know-how (to be trained as well): CRM, Finance, Marketing
Personal Requirements:
· University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
· Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
· Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
· High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
