·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;}6[Qng4 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;h=0( j_]BE 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;9BscaBI 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;bX>eu`## 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. &'Dw"~:7

Key Requirements:l<vSliRo 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;z ^f3yYR; 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;[(q^0j' 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. %{d[s-Dz 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;>:M %Nc 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;!&Yr} 
·         A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;@F>`I
