·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;Q;JRfK=[H 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;0~&*k3D;| 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;t\cYgDp 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;@w=L<R9o_ 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. tB&V{wBj

·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;>LFb6t
 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;DWw=nxhj 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. |{*LF#0U 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;s^(\I<DNe
