Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Yizhuang,Beijing
Report to: Cluster HR Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Drive plant workforce management with strong data analysis
2. Support plant general manager to drive organization and culture change
3. Provide coach to plant mgmt team in people management by HR tools
4. Meet manpower needs (quantity and quality) to support the achievement of plant KPI
5. Improve people competency to meet business requests
6. People retention and development
7. Enhance internal communication to create a suitable working environment, improve employee engagement
8. HR BP team management and cooperation with HR SSC
Competencies and Qualifications Desired:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Minimum 8 years of all round HR experience in manufacturing field, proven experience in communication, organizational development, solid recruiting experience and develop training and motivation plan.
3. Familiar with related labor law or regulations (state and local)
4. Good influencing and communication skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to drive changes
5. Solid organizational, pressure management skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, an open and dynamic attitude
7. In-depth understanding of various cultures
