外包岗位:合同跟CIIC签订,8个月左右,顶替产假员工
1、Responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to callers and visitors enquiries and directing customers enquiries to the relevant staff, with tact and politeness
2、Reservation of air tickets and hotels according to traveler's requests
3、Contact outside vender/maintenance for office and order office drink materials
4、Responsible for monitoring of stock level of stationery and procurement of stationery
5、In charge of express reception and delivery, monthly billings
6、In charge of canteen meal headcount and POS system bill accounting
7、Back up for director assistant on regular admin affaires
Skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor degree
More than 1 year working experience in administration in Multinational Company
Excellent interpersonal communication skill-Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English is essential
Proficient with Word, Excel, PPT, MS Office and ERP
Detailed oriented
Self-started
Hardworking
Trustworthiness
