Job Duty： k BxDdH 
1. Prepare payments in RMB and Foreign Currency;:4Y4Q5 
2. Posting all cash related entries into ERP system and standing journalsE`;0"G1 
3. Maintain Fixed Assets record in KingdeeUtb]Ay|hb 
4. VAT Billing, monthly input/output claim and declareBn6$:]ujZ 
5. Employee T&E cash reimbursement on weekly base and petty cash managementqo9qw9[S  
6. Proper allocation of receipts from Customer and accounts Reconciliation Y6-! Q#m" 
7. Work close with logistics, customer service, and sales for daily trading operation]S4S YrP 
8. Month end intercompany reconciliation China and overseasRB) gI 
9. Month end closing to assure of AR/AP/Inventory subledgers correctly reconciled and closedp}K iH 
10. Other ad hoc tasks and reports from team leader

Skills and qualifications required::QP4 R~! 
1. Relevant certificate in Accounting or similaru4 '`KkN 
2. At least 2-3 years experience in similar role, prefer in MNCs. rX\41~?4 
3. Integrity, excellence in attention to detail and quick learning skill*X'I^;, 
4. Good understanding in operational process in a trading company, work close with logistics, customer services, sales$Q5n>, -` 
5. Familiar with ERP system, experience in Kingdee operation model  a big plus+2<P D3"r 
6. Familiar with net banking of foreign bankss&C)%35{ 
7. Ability of working under pressure and strict deadline!NxQ R-

9. Effective communication skill in Chinese and English
