Job Duty：T:4Y,Sre 
1. Prepare payments in RMB and Foreign Currency Bc91T)k@ 
2. Posting all cash related entries into ERP system and standing journalsU8G~`8Z 
3. Maintain Fixed Assets record in KingdeeA3 pBU\| 
4. VAT Billing, monthly input/output claim and declareK-h uA{ 
5. Employee T&E cash reimbursement on weekly base and petty cash management6Fh)k 
6. Proper allocation of receipts from Customer and accounts Reconciliation JjUl \ 
7. Work close with logistics, customer service, and sales for daily trading operationyl7;B,DJn 
8. Month end intercompany reconciliation China and overseasC!u6vQ{ 
9. Month end closing to assure of AR/AP/Inventory subledgers correctly reconciled and closed{#/EEDNEs 
10. Other ad hoc tasks and reports from team leader

Skills and qualifications required:lb 9Xu:p 
1. Relevant certificate in Accounting or similardXfz>E;>@ 
2. At least 2-3 years experience in similar role, prefer in MNCs. {zk7Y 
3. Integrity, excellence in attention to detail and quick learning skill!XS!')&A_ 
4. Good understanding in operational process in a trading company, work close with logistics, customer services, salesQXqUwD, 
5. Familiar with ERP system, experience in Kingdee operation model  a big plus84uGHf 
6. Familiar with net banking of foreign banksT_F%pBd 
7. Ability of working under pressure and strict deadline`>Y\NBc`n 
8. Good organizational and interpersonal skills>!KTrN 
9. Effective communication skill in Chinese and English
