1. Prepare payments in RMB and Foreign Currency5sA{v`* 
2. Posting all cash related entries into ERP system and standing journalsQSDz.L&9 
3. Maintain Fixed Assets record in KingdeeSt:pK1msu 
4. VAT Billing, monthly input/output claim and declare F{r]Yg8[ 
5. Employee T&E cash reimbursement on weekly base and petty cash managementtv EFI[

6. Proper allocation of receipts from Customer and accounts Reconciliation I)8Q_%l 
7. Work close with logistics, customer service, and sales for daily trading operation|r]:$dA{t 
8. Month end intercompany reconciliation China and overseas";Rw q O 
9. Month end closing to assure of AR/AP/Inventory subledgers correctly reconciled and closedRl4JjBW 
10. Other ad hoc tasks and reports from team leader

Skills and qualifications required:^oO `^; 
1. Relevant certificate in Accounting or similar<$U@` T 
2. At least 2-3 years experience in similar role, prefer in MNCs. Lz]O(u p4 
3. Integrity, excellence in attention to detail and quick learning skillwNP&dEFT @ 
4. Good understanding in operational process in a trading company, work close with logistics, customer services, sales@  +9Z 
5. Familiar with ERP system, experience in Kingdee operation model  a big plus/{kLUJ9
