Responsibility:
l Establishment and implementation of the Recruitment Strategy
l Drive the end to end recruiting process and complete the hiring target
l Partners with managers to gather position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
l Sources extensively in paid databases and on the internet. Advertises internally and externally and select resumes for positions.
l Involves recruiting in a high volume environment attending external job fairs, campus recruitment and recruiting events, conducting outreach presentations.
l Conducts the 1st round interviews, reference checks and testing (as required).
l Measures and reports key recruiting metrics to HR manager and Hiring manager for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness.
l Plays an active role in driving the Recreational committee ensuring that employees’ oriented events are well planned and organized.
Requirements:
l Bachelor Degree
l Minimum 3 years recruitment experience with a proven track record of a MNC
l Strong network with recruitment agents and universities
l In depth understanding of recruitment in the software/IT market as well as the relevant hiring practices and regulations
l Excellent command of English
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
l Kind and friendly personality & good team player
l Self motivator and good initiative
l Strong at driving for result.
