Reporting to: Admin Manager
This is an outsourced position, and the position may ask to some urgent or temporary work.
· Responsibilities:
1. office reception:
o Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel;
o Welcome visitors in a professional manner;
o Accept mails/fax and deliver to the appropriate staff/department;
2. Administrative Duties:
o Prepare and make security card;
o Updating employee telephone list;
o Assistant Admin Manager to maintain office facilities and supplies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office support services;
o Office support in processing forms, filing, scanning and record;
o Performs other duties as necessary or assigned
