Duties:
1. Provideing direct and indirect support to customers, consultants and Account Receivable of GCA team
2. Maintaining two main QAD service systems. Performing administrative support to service department including creating final ID for orders, maintaining contracts, assigning tasks and colleting time sheets from consultants, invoicing for customers, preparing weekly time compliance report and express report
3. Monthly catch up meeting with Indian team to review invoice process and issues
4. Preparing variance reports at the basis of monthly. Such as revenue forecast report, billing report and partner subcontract cost report
Requirements:
1. University and Post secondary (college) degree with English or Business or other majors
2.3~4 years related service administration working experience, prefer to have software company background. Some financial knowledge is preferred but not necessary
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Word. General computer data entry skills necessary
4. Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin

1.像客户技术顾问及会计部门提供直接和非直接的支持
2.维护两个QAD主要的service系统。 向service部门提供行政方面的支持:如创建订单单号,维护与客户已签署合同,每周统计顾问工作用时,开具差旅发票等相应工作
3.每月与印度同事就当月开具发票情况进行沟通及跟进
4.完成每月需提交的报告,如收入预估报告,账单统计报告,及第三方合作伙伴的费用报告等
5.其他上级领导安排的工作
任职要求:
1. 本科学历: 行政专业,英语专业,或其他专业。
2. 3-4年相应的service行政经验,最好有软件公司的背景
3. 了解及掌握一些基本的财务知识
4. 熟练使用办公室软件,如Word, Excel及PPT
5. 能熟练使用中英文进行日常沟通
