工作目标
This position is responsible for selling company products / services to homeowners. This sales consultant concentrates on new sales and aftermarket sales communication with customers through various means. He/She sends quotations, processes orders for clients, and communicates in detail according to the company’s procedures, following and supporting the client throughout the entire sales process.
主要负责向住宅屋主销售公司产品与服务,须了解公司最新的销售情况,以各种方式及时与客户交流,提供优质的售后服务,向顾客发送最新的市场行情、订单详情,详细深入交流购买程序、售后跟进支持等业务,务求在整个销售过程服务顾客。

Job Responsibilities
工作职责
•     Sell IQAir products within assigned territory, maintaining assigned sales quota and following established guidelines
向目标销售区域销售IQAir产品,在保持既定销售额的基础上,提供参考资料。
•     Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
判断销售预期和前景。
•     Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of products and services over those of the competition
负责产品和销售方案的演示,明确把握产品与服务的优势与竞争力。
•     对现有客户电话回访和售后服务拜访。
•     Adhere to company policies, procedures, products, programs and services
遵守公司规定与办事流程,熟知公司产品、计划与服务。
•     Follow up with prospects
跟进了解销售前景。
•     Process work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
依照标准程序,处理各类订单,完善所有文书工作。
•     Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction after the completion of both 6 and 12 months of service.
在半年或一年服务期满后,通过对客户进行满意度调查保持良好的关系。
•     Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
根据销售目标与预计的合同数,妥善拟定行动计划与日程安排。
•     Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
在销售活动后,跟进所有新的交易机会与各类转介。
•     Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
把握销售的发展前景,并根据安排,与公司的长期客户保持联系。
•     Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
准备各类演示演讲、提案与销售合同。
•     Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
制作并维护销售材料,时时更新自身对产品的认识。
•     Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
与现有客户以及潜在客户建立良好的关系。
•     Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
为签订以及维护合同拟好相关文书。
•     Identify and resolve client concerns
明确客户要求,解决客户问题。
•     Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
紧跟设定目标,准备各类报告,包括市场销售、收市、跟进服务等情况。
•     Participate in marketing events.
参与市场销售业务。
•     Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) & ERP.
收集数据,并将全部信息提供给客户关系管理系统(CRM)与企业资源计划(ERP)。
