岗位：Talent Acquisition Supervisor（主要负责招聘各项工作展开）%> A]

薪资：面议，缴纳五险一金

注：合同跟CIIC签订，合同期限5个月，有续签机会

工作内容：

Assist Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure sufficient and qualified talents which can support the short term and long term business needs through managing recruitment channels/methodology/process / initiatives programs

1 Assist in existing recruitment vendors/channels regular evaluation and quality check for both office and field force:

2. Assist in exploring new recruitment channels  vendors for the business needs in both office and field force,

3. Assist in managing the Bureau Project and 3 party vendor to effectively build the talent pipeline of field force, from internship to campus recruitment;

4. Build up the strong relationship with University and B-Schools to promote the Employer Brand and leverage the campus as one of the effective recruitment channels;

5. Coordinate in the talent mapping project and closely monitor the market intelligence report in terms of key talents/competitors/employer brand:

6. Recruitment related payment arrangement; recruitment related reports/talent pool maintenance status quality check,

7 Assist in monitoring the recruitment KPI results and identifying areas for improvement

8. Other Ad Hoc tasks/projects assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager;

要求：三年以上大型企业招聘经验，英语听说读写佳，本科及以上学历。
