岗位：销售助理（6个月）

上班时间：9:00~18:00（其中一小时的午饭时间不计入服务时间）

地址：上海市外高桥日樱南路 (有班车)

薪资：4~6K

工作内容：

•         Make quotation as per customers' request

•         Ensure the timely and demand-orientated process of inquires, offers, orders and any after sales activities.

•         Prepare error free order confirmation to customers, and do proper document filing.

•         Support and/or coordinates the clarification of offers and order as well as pricing discount.

•         Handle complaints, complete all complaints with support of various department involved.

•         Input SAP orders & FOC orders

•         Coordinates the commercial collection procedures in cooperation with OP and accounting department.

•         Interact with Sales, logistic, accounting and production to strengthen customer relations and to ensure high standard of services.

•         Prepare report on hit rates, sales, orders received and order revenue(BW)...

•         Accomplish and provide specific analysis when requested from managers.

•         Other routine administrative tasks assigned by manager

要求：

•         全日制本科学历，2013年毕业生可，但需至少在外企实习/工作过6个月

•         良好的沟通能力

•         熟练英文口语及书面

•         熟练操作OFFICE软件
