Main Responsibilities:
The instructor is required to take at least two months training courses, including core curriculum teaching and customer services. After the training, they have to dedicate to:
Teach professional courses based on customer needs
Provide lessons to the highest standards using a variety of motivating techniques
Maintain awareness of new theories and methodology
Always seek to develop and update skills
Take small part of basic responsibilities of administration and marketing jobs.
Qualifications:
Collage/University graduate
A minimum of 3 years early childhood education experience
High level of English speaking, listening and comprehension abilities
Computer literate
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in an educational environment
Personal Profile:
With passion about early childhood education
Love and respect children
Committed to continuing professional development (self and staff)
Able to work under pressure and adapt to change
Professional and of smart appearance
Strong communication skills
Business and service minded
Good time management
