Job Purpose
工作目标
This Position is responsible for updating shipping activity in the order of IQAir China management system, managing the transportation delivery cycle. The service coordinator also act as a liaison across sales, after sales, operations and procurement and have the ability to identify and recommend process improvements that increase productivity, increase customers satisfaction, and eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.
主要负责在IQAir中国的管理系统中实时更新订单的发货与运输情况,安排并掌管运输配送周期。此外,须跟进并协调销售、售后跟进、运营。采购等多方面业务,能了解、把握产品与业务发展、改善的空间,并向上级加以推荐以提升产量与质量,力求客户满意,做到高效无冗余。

• Track and trace all deliveries, and confirm delivery with customer.
• 实时跟进、追踪物流进展并向客户确认情况。
• Proactively inform customers of possible delays or delivery failures.
• 如物流有可能延迟或配送失败,必须提前主动通知客户。
• Generate Service Technician performance analytic reports.
• 撰写并提交维修技术员的业绩分析报告。
• Schedule and log all inbound and outbound appointments.
• 安排记录所有运入运出预约。
• Listen to customer feedback and identify areas to improve service levels.
• 听取客户反馈意见,了解把握服务水平的提升机会与空间。
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and issues - make recommendations to resolve complex operational problems through a proactive approach with the Service Technicians and Sales Teams.
• 接到客户投诉后,须立即着手处理问题。如属产品的操作方面有关的问题,应马上与维修技术部同销售部联系,派送人员前往解决。
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the company
• 按公司规定提交每日、每周与每月报告。
• Assist departments with product demos, events, and public relations
• 辅助公司部门进行产品展示、举办活动与公关工作。
• Support all departments to provide the highest quality of customer service and support to the company’s clients
• 辅助公司部门,向客户提供优质服务与支持。
• Confirm purchase order receipt on ERP, and prepare fapiao, purchase order receipt, and relevant document.
• 确保实时更新企业资源计划中的接收采购订单信息,妥善准备发票、接受采购订单与相关文件。
• Responsible for the management and use of a small warehouse , including new machinery , new parts , filter supplies , car in storage, all the items in the order placed , waiting for the repair of machines and the number of machines waiting for delivery statistics and arrangements.
• 负责小库房的管理使用,包括新机器、新零件、滤芯耗材和车载的入库,所有物品按顺序摆放,等待修理机器和等待派送机器的数量统计及安排。
• Update presold calendar on time and notice local service schedule to branch office every month. Make a arrangement with Beijing companies client for air testing and filter change works.
• 随时更新预售信息表中的内容,每月按时通知各地相关的办公室安排好相关预售服务,负责北京大客户空气检测和滤芯更换的预约工作。
• 负责技术人员的工服安排、分发和统计工作。
• Responsible for weekly, monthly , quarterly and annual data record from service technicians.
• 负责技术服务人员每周、每月、季度和年度的数据统计。
• Responsible for department meetings records and statistics work
负责部门例会的记录和整理工作。
