Assure Global L&OD processes are implemented and managed in Greater China & APAC
Assure Regional L&OD processes are managed in Greater China & APAC
Support in managing local Assessment Center
Responsibilities
Make sure all necessary activities to fulfill mission is done
Make sure all necessary communication to fulfill mission is done
Make sure all systems to fulfill mission are functioning, maintained and updated (systems to be defined as part of mission)
Main Interface
1. Rest of L&OD org, globally
2. Regional managers.
3. Regional HR org
Qualification and Experience
1. Very outgoing – thriving in meetings with people, both one-to-one and presenting
2. 3. Service minded & solution oriented
4. Good learning agility
5. Fluent in writing and speaking English
6. Facilitation and pedagogical skills
