Job Purpose

The Online Distributor Supervisor provides professional support to current distributors. Assessing the performance of current distributors and make sure the sales target is achieved. Supporting on searching new distribution channels.

电子商务主管主要负责电子商务平台（京东、亚马逊、天猫、公司网站销售平台等）的商品订单管理及日常平台操作，电子商务平台的交易咨询和投诉，平台的服务质量和用户满意度。并协助开发更多的电子商务平台及开展平台营销。

WINH' ( 

Job Responsibilities

·Assist in distribution channel development

·Deal with sales order and invoice from distributors

·Arrange delivery to distributors on time

·Check bills

·Prepare Fapiao and make sure on time payment from the distributor

·Deal with online sales inquiries and help to coordinate with different apartments to get customers’ problem solved

·Deal with distributor goods exchange and returns based on goods return policy of  IQAir China

·Monitor progress and price level from different distributors

·Arrange regular channel assessment with necessary sales promotion solutions to improve the performance to accomplish sales targets.

·Report KPI

·Assist in administrative and other tasks from the director
