sUmmarY
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrative Officer assists the Human Resources Manager and his/her team in their duties in fulfilling various HR & Administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
q Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
q Communicate with Headhunters or other recruitment agencies on the vacant positions and coordinates with each department to arrange interviews, follow up & etc.
q Welcomes new employees at hiring, creates and update their records;
q Liaisons with Fesco for employment registration / cancelation, payroll, social insurance, housing fund programs execution etc for local employees.
q Communicate and implement Supplementary benefit programs for local employees
q Checks and compiles timesheets and manages various banks of time (holidays, annual leave, sick leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, & etc., absenteeism, overtime, accumulated hours, and so on.);
q Plans and coordinates various medical exams and updating the records;
q In charge of office stationery management.
q Manages canteen to ensure good quality food & service. Make periodic survey to improve the quality.
q Manages shuttle bus to provide transportation service for employees.
q Provides support on immigration / relocation issues for expatriates: visa, work / resident permits, moving, home search, schooling and transportation etc.
q Organize training activities.
q Assist HR Manager in writing HR procedures and communicating with employees.
q Manages controlled documents of his/her department or those assigned, follows up deadlines and documents, and checks documents and their distribution; Participates to the update of the documentation of his/her sector;
q Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
q Contributes to the mission of the organization and adheres to company’s values.
PROFILE
q Required Qualifications:
§ Holds a college degree in Administration discipline or related.
§ At least 3-year experience in Recruitment or C&B function in manufacturing plant of MNC.
q Skills and Aptitudes:
§ High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
§ Teamwork spirit;
§ Good Oral and written communication skill;
§ Good planning and prioritizing skill;
§ Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
§ Familiar with Microsoft software like word, excel, PowerPoint and etc.
§ Fluent in Mandarin and good knowledge of English.
