Title: HRIS Specialist

 

Work location: Shanghai(港汇)

 

Report to: HRSC China team leader

 

Function/Department: HR

 

Purpose of the Job

 

1.     Provide HRIS data maintenance service and ensure the data aligned with latest situation

2.     Work with internal and external to handle commence and exit process of China

3.     Support implementation of global HRIS and Daily Support projects as required

4.     Cooperate with HR business partner to act as interface with employees to assist the

implementation of HR policy, process and procedures

 

Key tasks

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

·         Maintaining high quality employee’s personal and organizational data in HR systems (SAP HR)

·         Setting up and maintaining organizational structure

·         Troubleshooting system issues and monitoring of interfaces

·         Searching for system development opportunities

·         Performing system testing

·         Assisting end users with portal problems in local language

·         Participating in global Key User Network

·         Training end users on new system/portal enhancements

·         Providing reports to the Client within the scope of responsibilities

·         Reacting to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner

·         Giving local input to global initiatives

·         Participating in global projects

 

Requirements

Ideal candidate

 

• has at least 2 years of professional experience in HR, preferable in SAP HR – related area

• has minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent

• speaks excellent English and is fluent in Mandarin language

• has strong communication skills, systematic approach and system orientation

• is a team worker and demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision

• has strong detail orientation and accuracy

• some experience with SAP HR system

• has a team player mind-set
