Responsibilities
Recruiting:
Coach the whole recruitment process including but not limit to screen resumes, phone interview and interviews with business managers
Manage and extend recruiting channel (website, headhunter and internal transfer)
Submit HC Monthly and yearly report to SICK Headquarters including turnover analysis
Training:
Support HR Manager setting up the training structures
Draw the training planning and summary according to the requirement
Develop and Optimize internal training system and courses, including but not limit to Orientation Training and Product Training
Steer the external training vendors and internal trainers
Manage the training budget effectively and charge the daily training payment issues
ER:
Coach the Staffing processes including on-boarding and check out process
Organize the Employee birthday parties, Annual travels and Annual parties
Manage Employees kinds of leave applications
Outsourcing contractors’ management
Others:
Coach and liaise with HR related vendors to improve the HR service quality
Assist HR Manager to draw and implement HR policies and operation process
Be back up with each other in HR Team if possible
Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, English or related area required
Minimum 2 year solid HR experiences in MNC with hands on cases about recruiting & training programs
Good command of English (Write and Oral) and computer skills
Strong ability in communication and organization
