The online direct sale supervisor is responsible for maintaining the online direct sales presence for IQAir and Vogmask, including HealthPro China website and TMall Flagship store. Responsibilities

·   Maintaining and updating and increasing sales from the IQAir website by coordinating with our Website Development company 在网站开发公司的协助下维护更新官网并增加IQAir网站的销售量

(`*8`MAJ' 

·   Set up and operate direct online sales channel eg. HealthPro TMall Flagship Store, weichat store etc. 建立并运营在线销售渠道如HealthPro天猫旗舰店、微信销售平台等

·   Building a team to manage the online chat functions for the B2C functions on sales platforms including websites and TMall建立团队管理B2C在线咨询平台，包括公司官网以及天猫店。

·   Sell products through the company webpage and TMall Store 通过公司官网以及天猫店销售产品

·   Coordinating with warehouse to ensure that B2C and B2B orders are filled in a timely manner and that customer expectations regarding stock levels are well managed根据库存水平与库房进行协调，以确保B2C以及B2B的订单及时完成，满足顾客需求

·   Ensure timely and accurate entry of all sales date to the ERP system 所有销售数据要及时并精确的录入ERP系统

·   Response to customer issues and help to coordinate with different apartments to get customers’ problem solved 对顾客问题进行回复，与其他部门协作帮助顾客解决问题

·   Deal with direct products exchange and returns based on product return policy of  RBMJ 根据公司规定处理产品退换货业务

·   Manage and training the sales consultants 管理、培训销售顾问

·   Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for E-Commerce Manager,  Vogmask Director, Vice President and company CEO to review 准备每周以及每月递交电商经理、Vogmask主管、副总裁以及总裁的销售报告 Assist in administrative and other tasks from the manager  支持经理执行行政及其他工作
