职位:
HR Shared Service Manager/C&B Manager,汇报HRD,团队5个人。需要候选人具备较强的薪酬福利体系架构的建立和设计。
工作地点:南京

Country Level:
1.       Develop country C&B processes/systems/programs align with corporate processes/systems/programs;
2.       Provide guidance to through partnership with site HR on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business plan;
3.       Country employee handbook annual review and updates;
4.       HR Shared Service Manager.

HR Shared Services for Nanjing Site:
1.       Prepares and controls overall C&B budgets.
2.       Manage and monitor the annual salary planning, daily payroll administration and expatriate coordination
3.       Interpreting and advising on employment law/local regulations;
4.       Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement C&B policies and procedures;
5.       Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; providing employee services & counseling;
6.       Manage and provide guideline to office Admin operation team, organizing company event & logistics arrangement & other ad hoc Admin projects.

Requirements:
1.       Bachelor/ University degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
2.       3+ years of progressive leadership experience in C&B positions years of related experience;
3.       Knowledge of trends and developments in compensation& benefits in China;
4.       Knowledge and experiences in management and development of base salary, variable pay and benefit programs. Knowledge and experiences in expatriate management and PeopleSoft preferred;
5.       Strong analytical capability on total compensation and benefits elements;
6.       Ability to gather\analysis and draw well-reasoned conclusion;
7.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, including meeting facilitation and presentations;
8.       Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality;
9.       Excellent organizational skills.
