Job title: order administrator 

Responsibilities 

Take care of customers parts inquiries 

Process customer orders in BOL, check IDOC between three ERP systems to make sure system orders works well 

Work with Hongkong,Menden warehouses to make sure on time delivery of spare parts 

Complete order follow up and closely work with customers to get their timely feedback and work out the solution with related functions if any issues. 

Manage the responsible regional customers to improve customer satisfaction 

Take care of shanghai spare parts shipping to HK/Menden and documentation 

Return parts(warranty return, exchange return, repair return)management

Requirements 

Associate college degree or above in international trade or related major. 

More than 3 years working experience as customer service and order handling in foreign-owned enterprises 

Good command of SAP system, especially in SD model 

Strong sense of customer service and result orientation, 

Fluent in Oral and written English 

Strong sense of responsibility 

Good communication skill and good team work spirit.
