工作内容:
1、内外部客户的接待
2、为学员和访客提供后勤事务
3、午餐券给客户
4、授课前发送培训邀请函给员工
5、更新数据报告等等
要求:
1、大专以上学历
2、1年以上前台相关经验
3、英语良好
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Overall reception for internal and external customers
- Handle all kinds of logistic matters for the trainees and visitors
- Lunch coupon delivery for customers
- Send training invitation letter to internal staff before the
course delivery
- Update the “delivery statistics report” monthly for Instructor,
PM and resource managers
- Customer medicine purchasing
- Input the training score and course evaluation record after classes in LMS.
- Classroom setup
- Emergency Handling
- Call center clerk
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES.
- College background
- At least one year working experience in administrative work
- At least one year working experience in corporate guest service environment
- Proficient in PC software packages and office facilities
- Skillful in administration and routines
- Skillful in emergency handling
- Fluent in English
- Very good service mind and professional attitude
- Good communication skill
- Good team work
