Job Description:
Telecom Invoice Processing and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Administration: Liaise with the Telecom carriers and the courier company for Invoice receiving, process payment request, work with Agilent Accounts Payable and the TEM vendor to make timely payments for the Telecom invoices, provide administrative support for TEM operations and projects.
- Order Management Assistance: Liaise with third party vendors for quotations related to Network purchases, liaise with the Agilent stake holder for justification and finalize on purchase requests (PR) list & qty, raise PR in the ERP system, follow through PR approval, raise Purchase orders, follow up delivery of goods, bills, follow up with finance team for payment to vendor, contract setup, new vendor setup in ERP etc..
- Process Administration: Liaise with Agilent internal stake holders and third party vendors in executing process admin activities relating to projects & support, develop new processes by working with the Agilent stake holders, keep the process documents up-to-date, etc.
- Support Administration: Compile and produce weekly/monthly reports on support tickets, metrics reports, performance analysis, Asset tagging & tracking, liaise shut down schedule for maintenance activities, send communications, and carry out any other administrative tasks required by the Network organization
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Capable of understanding and prioritizing the given tasks, able to own and complete tasks independently without regular guidance or supervision.
- High sense of responsibility, willing to learn, provide creative suggestions and work on areas of improvements like process, cost saving, Turn-around-time reduction etc.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, coordination, facilitation, follow up, influencing and persuading
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant administration role is desirable.
- Candidate must know how to speak, read and write Chinese (Mandarin)
