Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager – Greater China
Report to: Group Talent Acquisition Manager
Geography: Shang Hai, Mainland China
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manger – Greater China will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities for its rapidly growing Greater China business.
· Implement and drive the talent acquisition strategy and staffing process for the respective business divisions, manage talent acquisition process and activities accordingly to ensure the talent acquisition and hiring process to be completed in the way of high efficiency and effectiveness against pre-set measurements
· Plan, lead and organize projects and activities associated with employee communications, employer branding and corporate communications to promote the formality of company culture and branding
Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
Duties included but not limited to are:
· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy for assigned business divisions or regions through identifying the talent needs in rolling period with business manager and business HR
· Upon differentiated talent acquisition strategy for diverse level of positions, manage the talent acquisition quality souring channels, build up agency pipeline accordingly and ensure sourcing channel’s effectiveness
· Manage the external sourcing vendors and ensure their performance and capability meet the sourcing requirement along with the fast growing of business
· Improve talent acquisition performance through introducing and applying all kinds of techniques, tools and methods; work closely with business HR to support all the selection process, including but not limited to: introducing interview techniques and selection tools, improving interview competencies of hiring managers, etc.
· Be the primary leader of corporate communication initiatives, including (but not limited to):
-Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
-Design and lead various projects associated with corporate communications
-Lead internal communication committee on periodical delivery of internal newsletter
Education Required:
· Bachelor degree above with full-time study from reputable universities, MBA is a plus
Experience/Knowledge Required:
· Over 5 years hands-on professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition function of multinational companies
· Experience and knowledge in healthcare industry, especially Pharmacy and Nutrition would be preferred
· Experience in employee communications field is a plus
Good command of English and Chinese
