Job Purpose
工作目标
To help expand the reach of the China Market through establishing cooperation with retail Mall, sub dealers and other points of sale. The role will maintain the relationships through training, communications and constant contact.
通过建立零售、经销商及其他渠道,开拓中国市场;通过培训、沟通和长期联系保持与上述销售伙伴的关系。
Job Responsibilities
工作职责
• Identify and develop point of sales in premium malls or other place which can help the company in branding and blooming the revenue.
调研辨别适合公司产品的高端商场,并开拓新店等零售销售点,提升公司品牌知名度及销售。
• Negotiating and signing contracts with sub dealers, direct sales, channels, other point of sales
开发和管理销售渠道,包括经销商、直销、分销等销售途径
• Processing order and logistics
管理订单及物流情况
• Set up and execute training program for new and existing point of sales
设计并组织对现有和新入职销售人员的相关培训
• Report demographic and statistics of current and potential geographic locations
对现有及潜在地区消费人群的统计和分析
• Build and maintain a point of sale pipeline
建立并维护销售途径
• Track purchase histories and report to management team
跟踪采购情况,及时向管理层汇报
• Manage dealer pricing structure
管理经销商价格结构
• Manage after sales service for dealers
管理经销商的售后服务
• Vet potential business partners through stringent screening process
通过严格的审查挑选潜在的销售伙伴
• Travel and on-site visits to all business partners and current point of sale
拜访所有的销售伙伴和现有的销售点
