1.    General accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations using KingDee Software. Ensure the financial reporting is prepared in compliance with national and local rules.

2.    Month-end financial reporting and ensure accounts are reconciled and accurately stated

3.    Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

4.    Ensure all foreign currency related transaction comply with SAFE’s regulations and requirements.

5.    Make recommendations and involve on the improvement of financial policies and internal control system

6.    Ensure the co-ordination of the annual audit and interface with outside auditors

7.    Manage monthly salary and social charges payments

8.    Prepare monthly income tax, VAT calculations (General VAT payer) and cash forecasts

9.    Keep contact with our tax officers and apply for more fapiao when needed, assist in compliance with Chinese tax requirements

10.  Maintaining good contact with local authorities (tax authorities)

11.   Cash account maintenance

12.  Other tasks as assigned by management

1. Have appropriate education in accounting field and hold all required certificates.

2. More than 3years experience in accounting, preferably gained in a foreign invested company (FIE, JV, WOFE, etc) and/or in the field of fast moving consumer goods

3. Good knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

4.  Very experienced with Chinese tax regulation/rules and accounting standards as well as the local generally accepted accounting principles (PRC GAAP)
