‐ Department: Energy & Sustainability Services, Global Solutions BU
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
‐ Participate in software development of the next-generation cloud-based digital service platform in Schneider Electric China.
‐ Participate in software architecture definition of the platform.
‐ Design and implementhighly extensible and scalable back-end applications according to software requirements.
‐ Work with other software development and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality.
‐ Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
‐ 5+ years of full life-cycle software development project experience.
‐ 3+ years of project experience in building complicated enterprise applications with .Net framework, C#, etc.
‐ 3+ years of project experience with OOAD and OOP.
‐ 2+ years of project experience with RDBMS and SQL programming.
‐ Understanding and experience with UML and design patterns.
‐ Understanding and experience with xUnit test framework.
‐ Understanding and experience in large scale system development and performance tuning is a strong plus.
‐ Understanding and experience in NoSQL database is a strong plus.
‐ Understanding and experience with Java development is a plus.
‐ Understanding and experience of cloud computing technologies is a plus.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
‐ Bachelor degree or above, with computer-related education background.
‐ Customer focused, self-driven, open-minded and hard working.
‐ Structured analytical and problem solving capability.
‐ Demonstrated ability as a quick learner and team player, with good communication skills and strong leadership.
‐ Fluent English skill, both in oral and written communication.

3 Design and implement highly extensible and scalable web applications according to software requirements.
4 Work with other software development and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality.
5 Keep improving application performance over time.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
1 2+ years of hands-on web development experience with excellent understanding of JavaScript.
2 Experience with cross-browser application development.
3 Good understanding of a MVC JavaScript library, e.g. AngularJS, EmberJS, Backbone, ExtJS, etc.
4 Good understanding and experience about HTML and CSS.
5 Familiar with an object-oriented programming language (e.g. C#, Java, etc.) is a plus.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
1 Bachelor degree or above, with computer-related education background.
2 Customer focused, self-driven, open-minded and hard working.
3 Structured analytical and problem solving capability.
