Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished China training& development manager. You will bring a track record of proven successful training& development performance that contribute to build up entity and human resources’ capability to meet business fast growth. As an excellent training manager you are highly proficient at developing and delivering training in fast-paced environments. The core of your personal style includes a high level of energy, creativity, smarts, diligent, openness, insight to people, learning and sharing and business sense.
This position is located in Beijing China and reports to our HRD, China.
Responsibilities:
ü Be primarily responsible for training and development function as a senior professional expert. Provide T&D guidance to local HR managers and line managers in all regions.
ü Be an internal educator and consultant at leadership, people development, business mgt and technical development etc.
ü Establish training & development system which includes below but not limited to: Identify the training and development demands, Set up training& development policy and procedures, propose solutions to meet business and talents needs at training and development area, deliver training courses by all kinds of methods, build up a learning organization, company’s a management etc.
ü Develop training tools along with technology driven and business growth.
ü Also be responsible for middle level+ staff’s management by training, career development etc.
ü Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
ü Bachelor Degree in related major or equivalent level of qualification.
ü 8 years or above solid experience in Training function with at least 3 years as manager.
ü Systematic command of training methodology and practices. In-depth understanding how they work in each sub-function.
ü Able to develop and deliver most of the general skill (general and general management) courses.
ü Ability to recognize and appreciate differing viewpoints. Committed to constant improvement and the ability to implement changes as required.
ü Good influencing, coaching and presentation skills.
ü Very logical thinking, business acumen and flexible to changes.
ü Enthusiastic and focused on business result or contribution.
ü Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
ü Able to travel often.
