Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration/validation tasks on branch offices yearly individual income tax award programs.
Daily work includes payroll related data calculating, data verification, report generating and other HR operational administration.
Interlocking with government to understand the latest policy, working with Human Resource Business Partners and business line managers for program deployment and employee communications.
Involved in other processes across HR functions
Delivery and operation accuracy/quality enhancement.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Candidate who has 3 to 5 years relevant full-time experience in Human Resource operation gained in sizable companies.
Solid working experience in accounting, payroll or tax processing in sizable companies. Quality assurance experience in mentioned areas is preferred.
Good time management for performing multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.
Meticulous, well organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
A proactive team player with a “can do” attitude, eager to learn, willing to work overtime and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Excel skill is a must.
Immediately availability is highly preferred.
