Job Summary
-To assist NR HR Manager on the daily running of the office and perform admin support as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
-Answer and transfer all incoming phone calls via multi-line phone, take message as needed
-Greet and direct visitors to their destination, make visitor registration
-Maintain office security by monitor access card and update the database
-Handle all mails and newspapers with clear process
-Order stationery as necessary, distribute to users and keep cost record
-Responsible for envelope, letterhead , business card, name card, staff badge
-Ensure the reception area including the meeting rooms around be always in order for use
-Handle office expense payment application
-Prepare the related process and draft
-Other assigned administrative support job
Key Capabilities
-1 year relative work experience
-College degree or above
-CET4 above
-Willing to learn
-Good interpersonal skills,
-Service minded,
-Detail orientated,
-Computer literacy
-Self discipline
-Good English communication skill is preferred
