工作地点:二号线长椿街站。
要求1-2年前台或行政经验,良好的 英语听说读写能力。
该职位为正式编制,五险一金+补充医疗,20天带薪年假及年度旅游。

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle all calls at the main switchboard
- Greet all visitors internal and external
- Handle all hand delivered items at Reception Counter include mails / couriers / flyers / stationeries / newspapers / magazines etc.
-Finance invoice and receipt collection// Prepare payment request for office purchasing, etc
- Schedule meeting rooms and office equipments effectively;
- Monitor vendor performance
- Daily data/report maintenance
- Proactively meet with internal customers to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure feedback from clients are recorded and action to the satisfaction of the end user
- Travel arrangement support
- Other ad-hoc duties as request
Requirements
College degree or above
At least two years working experience related to receptionist/administration
Good command of English both in oral and written
Good PC skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Quick-learner
Good service attitude, details oriented, strong team work spirit
