职责 

- Collect, study and analyze learning and development needs 

收集，研究及分析学习发展需求 

- Co-design case with external business school resources, coordinate internal resources for case writing, monitor the process and quality of the case, and win good feedback from customer inside and outside

与商学院的专业人员一起设计案例，为案例撰写协调内部资源，监督案例的进度和质量，从内外部客户赢得很好的反馈

- Overall project management responsibility to deliver the program according to the timeline, quality and budget targets 

全面负责项目管理，确保项目在时间、质量和预算上达成目标 

-Support other projects of department if needed

如果有需要协助部门的其他项目

要求 

- Strong customer focus and service attitude 

出色的客户导向以及服务意识 

- Excellent writing and speaking in both Chinese and English 

出色的中英文书写和口语交流能力

- At least 5 years project management experience with proven success record 

至少1年以上项目经验，并有成功的经历 

-Mature, team-player, energetic;

成熟、有团队精神、有热情

- Master degree preferred 

硕士学历优先 

- Experience with case writing or research project preferred 

如有案例撰写或是研究项目的经验者，将被优先考虑
