职位：培训与绩效专员（上海）

工作职责： 

1. 配合人力资源总监根据组织发展需求，评估和分析培训需求,并制定可行性的培训方案;

2. 跟进并持续优化Orientation program, on-job training program, graduates program，leadership program和Hipo program 

3. 内部培训师团队的建设; 外部培训课程的甄选、协调与实施;

4. 配合人力资源总监进行绩效管理的实施与跟进; 根据绩效管理数据定制化组织发展目标及组织能力提升计划；

5. 其他组织发展相关的工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历；海外留学背景尤佳；

2. 1年以上培训相关经验或绩效管理经验,对组织发展与胜任力开发有一定研究或见解； 

具备HR战略思考能力,善于沟通和协调。
