Key responsibilities:•
Handling incoming/outgoing mail/email/telephone •
Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate resource •
Greeting and directing employees and visitors •
Express letter handling incoming/outgoing •
Preparation of meeting rooms •
Performing administrative duties
•Distributing office access cards to visitors •
Stationery management
Professional Skill Requirements:
•Good English and Chinese communication (written and oral) •
Good customer service skills •
Positive attitude and professional appearance •
Basic organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
