Job Duties
1.Work Force Planning
- To place Adertising according vacancies within 3 working days upon PR approval date;
- To select resumes and arrange interview with various departments once there is any vacancy. ( including advertising, dealing with appointed employment agencies, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates).
- To compile internal Ad timely
- To assistant and Coordinator with dept for PR submition for area salcom approval, and make sure the PR accuracy.
- To keep PR log & temporary PR log update, settle PR file and fill in PR form completely.
- To provide support for all documents ready of HR Aduit
- To keep update separation form log
- To keep update MPP & Separation form log
- To provide regular vacancy report (weekly Thur); BD AE online weekly report (weekly Wed); BD update report to District (weekly Fri)
- To keep update separation form log
- To follow up referral program and timely feedback to employees
Community
- To prepare charitable grand and CIG proposal submission yearly,
- To support GVW yearly and community events.
- To arrange CIC meeting and minutes completion
- To file HR audit documents related Community
Requirements
- Associate degree holder, major in HR management or relevant discipline is preferred
-2 years related experience preferably with MNCs
-Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
-Good written and spoken English & Chinese
-Excellent Computer Skills
-Some knowledge of Labor Ordinance and the market practice in China
