KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.         To organize training workshops, development centers, independent travel is required from time to time.

2.         To execute programs logistics and solve all respective issues to ensure timely implementation of program schedule. This includes: pre-, post- program and on site support

3.         To maintain training data, record assessment results and evaluation data and maintain talent center nomination list

4.        To promote talent center programs to our employees at large including our intranet

5.         Administrative support for E-learning, e-related administration support

6.         Conduct program achievement and summary for internal communicaiton

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1.  College degree preferrably in HR

2.  At least 3 years’ work experience in HR or training function

3.   Multinational companies working experience is a must

4. Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin and efficient user of MS office.
