Job Requirement
1. Create target companies lists. Research and structure companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company.
2. Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches.
3. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions; Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data.
4. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.
5. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates.
6. Arrange face to face interview between candidates.
7. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements.
8. Be responsible for conducting paper work.
9. Data entry and maintain database.
Requirements:
1. Above bachelor degree.
2. Has more than 3 years headhunter background in IC or communication industry is must
3. Has the agility and adaptation to work in a fast-paced working environment. Can work independently and manage the pressure.
4. Have good oral and written English skills to effectively communicate with corporate stakeholders is plus

2. Human resource specialist background in staffing with1-4 years experience.
3. Has the agility and adaptation to work in a fast-paced working environment. Can work independently and manage the pressure.
