Responsibilities：
Ø Attend in VAT working group regular meeting
and maintain issue log and follow up the issues. Escalate key issues to the
Legal Entity Controller and CFO change on timely basis.
Ø Understand CS’ whole front to back process and identify the key risk area
in the process.
Ø Represent FA and assist Legal Entity Controller to negotiate with project
team as well as other departments (such as FO, PC, OPS, AP and tax) and tax
consultant.
Ø Prepare the procedure manual on front to back flow, especially for FA and
tax, including manual journal posting, account ownership, key reconciliation,
invoice management, tax filing etc.
Requirements
Ø Fluent English
Ø At least three years of banking financial background, the relevant tax
experience is a plus.
工作内容：
1、出席增值税工作组例会和维护问题纪要并跟进问题，上报的关键问题给到CFO和the Legal Entity Controller,以便及时的更改。
2、了解公司前期和到后期，识别过程中的关键风险领域
3、代表财务会计，协助Legal Entity Controller和项目团队以及其他部门（如FO，PC，OPS，AP和税）和税务顾问进行谈判
4、准备程序手册，特别是对FA和税收，包括手动日记帐过帐，帐户所有权，关键对账，发票管理，纳税申报等。
要求：
1、英语好
2、三年以上的银行业财务背景，如有相关税务经验或者从四大出来的更好。
地点：浦东世纪大道8号国金中心二期（近地铁2号线陆家嘴地铁站）
