知名大外企,做组织发展的HR经理,英文流利,统招本科及以上学历,薪资2-4万每月,有意向请发邮件到lilyhan@hrrainbow.com Responsible for providing comprehensive training packages and development plan to business departments in order to retain and motivate employees. Identify organization level learning and development needs through job analysis, performance management scheme and regular consultation with business managers and HR business partners, provide learning solutions accordingly. Develop and facilitate leadership programs based on the company leadership framework, align with the global guidelines and local business needs. Drive talent management programs in the region. Provide consultative support to HR business partners in the talent identification, talent development and retention related initiatives. Implement the performance management programs. Drive high performance culture. Coordinate the development of job profiles and competence profiles. Have a holistic view of the organizational level critical competence areas, keep track on the critical competence mapping. Manage local training vendors to ensure a high level of quality and ROI on training programs, control training budget and improve training efficiency and effectiveness. |
Ⅳ. Qualification
Solid HR learning & organization development experience with proven track record in MNCs Strategic thinking ability, with strong business acumen High learning agility, good at organizational diagnosis, problem solving and solution selling Customer oriented, strong service mind, good team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in both oral & written English |
