Main Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with operation departments to identify training needs.
2. Design and develop in-class training as well as e-learning content based on training needs.
3. Implement and deliver training programs to improve management skills
4. Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects. 5. Lead other training projects.
Qualification:
At least 5 years in training design and delivery
Bachelor degree and above
Interpersonal and presentation skills
Very good knowledge in Leadership and Management
Fluent English both oral and written
Ready to frequent travel
