职位需求: | 英文好的,男生,excel好的,做过薪酬C&B的优先。 一点没接触过C&B的肯定不行。 1. DEPARTMENT: HR & Administration Department 2. JOB PURPOSE: According to the human resource programs of the company, to organize and put these plans in practice in order to provide support in staff for the business and operation of the company. 3. RELATIONS: Report to: HR Manager Internal Relations: Corporate staff at all levels External Relations: Labor department of the government, intelligence exchanging centre, all necessary recruitment sources, social well being organization and business related units 4. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Calculate C&B related figures and deliver to employees, and announce the individual tax. Take charge of the analyzing and statistical of C&B related figures, make and update corresponding forms and reports. Be responsible of social insurance and housing fund for all staff. Keep the Secondement Contract between the Company and Shareholders updated. Provide consulting service with regarding to C&B Make headcount calculating, updating and do the necessary reports on time. Keep the organization charts updated. Coordinate the HR Director and Manager to Launch the HR system, maintain the system and keep the information updated. Do the yearly based C&B Survey, provide necessary information, and do the analyzing work. Set up a Compensation Matrix for supporting the offer for recruitment, position changing and promotion. Fulfill all other works assigned by upper supervisor 5.
