工作内容:
1、旅行安排和差旅费索赔为经理和团队成员;
2、新员工入职流程支持;
3、IT请求协调;
4、每日费用索赔给经理和团队成员;
5、办公用品采购,维护和保养;
6、研究数据分析,协作订单跟踪;
7、访客邀请函的准备,行程计划制定,部门租车安排;
8、维修资产,实验室测试工具和设备管理;
9、重大事件/郊游/研讨会,/商务会议组织
10、实习生管理
工作要求:
1、本科以上学历
2、2年以上大型企业相关工作经验
3、英语流利
4、熟练操作Office办公软件
Responsibilities:
-Travel arrangement and travel expense claim for managers and team members;
- New employee on board procedure support;
-IT requests coordination;
-Daily expense claim for managers and team members;
-Office supply procurement, keeping and maintenance;
-Research data analysis, collaboration orders tracking;
-Visitor invitation letters preparation, visitor itinerary plans making, dept.car arrangement;
-Fix assets, lab testing tools and equipments management;
-Event/ outing/ seminar /workshop/business meeting organization
-Interns management
