Key Responsibilities:
- Focal point for communication with employees and managers about company leave policies
- Work with corporate teams to assign system privileges and troubleshoot access issues (ManagePointHR, MSRA, HTX…)
- MSVacation tool management
- Employee termination request management
Key Tasks:
- Maintain HR Approver list for each business group
- HR knowledge base update
- MSVacation tool report provided, transfer cases management, leave balance cash out calculation
- Leave requests auditing and tracking
- Termination requests auditing and submission
- Answer employee inquiries in CRM
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ years HR transaction and/or administrative experience. BA/BS degree in related field is preferred.
- Be familiar with leave policies
- Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
- The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Excellent English with both oral and writing
- Excellent Excel skill is a plus
