JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
-Processing of employment applications and to ensure recruiting activities in line with the company’s annual headcount budget.
-Coordinate and support for recruitment activities, including: Looking for right channels, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and other relative affairs.
-Conducting of first interviews with suitable candidates on time based on recruitment process.
-Actively searches for innovative recruitment and advertising channels for development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or equivalent major in Human Resources, English or other related discipline.
-At least 1 year relevant working experience in HR functions, preferably in recruiting field.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good English language skills both in speaking and writing.
-With a positive attitude and willing to learn HR knowledge
-Good computer skills, especially with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
