1)    Strong Linux SA skills (RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu).

2)     Worked in an enterprise environment, familiar with large scale websites (mulit-tier web/app/db, load  balanced, CDN, etc).

3)     Familiar with Java/Tomcat (or equivalent containers) and/or PHP web application support – not programming, just supporting those types of apps in a production environment.

4)     Strong at scripting, preferably with Puppet or Chef or equivalent.

5)     Strong communication skills.
