Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility of recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, source candidates, interview and offering.
2. Maintain, develop and manage recruitment channels.(Headhunter, Wechat, Internal referral etc.)
3. Apply professional HR assessment tools to enhance the hiring effective.
4. In charge of the process from staff onboarding to separation. Such as staff movement, contracting, probation management, employee information maintenance.
5. Participate in campus recruitment and Sales trainee project.
6. Assist HR manager with implementation of staffing related HR strategies and group concepts
7. Provide labor law and Company policy/procedure consultation to line managers.
8. Involve in staff separation and misconduct management, conduct exit interviews.
9. Maintain P-file, HR related data and report (Master data & Organization Chart).
10. Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential.
3. At least 4 years relevant experience, preferable in MNC.
4. Passionate, a quick learner and a good team player with a “can do” attitude.
5. Multi- tasking, efficiency, accuracy and detail oriented.
6. Be flexible, good interpersonal skills
7. Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.
