Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Create quotations in SAP once get parts queries from China sales or from customers directly.
• Receive Refurbish contracts from sales group and create tailgate order specially.
• Follow up refurbish-related special tailgate orders and physical process.
• Inform warehouse arrange related delivery for refurbished melters.
• Make sure Invoices are issued to customers.
• Get warranty requests from Nordson Work Flow website once email notice.
• Double check the documents and related approval, decide to process or reject incomplete documents
• Create quality notification in SAP for those correct application and matched documents.
• Create warranty return and replacement, follow up warranty return with aftermarket team, and track replacement status.
• Update the warranty requests with related documents number in Work Flow.
• Solve delivery and quality related, etc..
• Compare quote price and customer confirmed quotations or PO, double confirms with customers and ask for sales group for discount approval if needed.
• Transfer confirmed quotations into sales orders in SAP following up company standard work.
• Feedback orders confirmation and updated delivery schedule to customers.
• Track orders goods ready status and payment status for shipping, push payment before delivery.
• Follow up delivery closely in order deliver customers on time, finish related operation in SAP in time.
• Follow Demo application and related process steps, and finish related operation in SAP.
• Other issues assigned by supervisor or manager.
Education and Experience
• College degree or above in Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years related experience in order processing or customer service, full knowledge /understanding of order processing or customer service techniques.
上班时间:8:30-17:00
