ž   Calculate labor cost outlook, forecast and Profit Plan accurately. Analysis labor cost difference between different period based on finance requirement and budget control requirement.

ž   Calculate HR fee outlook, forecast and Profit Plan accurately. Analysis labor cost difference between different periods.

ž   Setup HR annual “Cost Saving” targets, continually find “Cost Saving” opportunities and follow up results.

ž   Tracking HR KPIs report and send to corresponding coordinate in Beijing plant and Corporate.

ž   Coordinate and organize HR meetings and activities.

ž   Support Corporate project "budget system" and "workforce planning".

ž   Provide data to salary survey, analysis on survey result.

ž   Education level: bachelor degree and above with unlimited (relevant human resource management related professional foundation would be preferred).

ž   Working experiences: 3 years working experience in human resources, experience in payroll or budget control would be preferred.

ž   Language: proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

ž   Computer requirements: familiar with the Windows and Office, especially EXCEL.

ž   Professional knowledge: Familiar with payroll, compensation and benefits concept.

ž   Capacity requirements: Have good language expression, words and logic analysis ability; Good professional ethics; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Good communication skill and team work spirit.
