Tesla Motors is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, innovative and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Global Total Rewards team. The APAC Rewards Consultant will be responsible for front line employee customer service, developing and implementing best in class solutions for compensation and benefits delivery, managing assigned vendor relationships, participating in strategic and innovation compensation and benefits sessions, owning and driving process improvement in various areas and other project based work as needed.
